THRIFT FIND
In fact, the chair in the picture above was totally free. We found it on the side of the road one night and I’m so happy we decided to pull up and check it out. We used it to stage the blue room at the flip. It is pretty big and we don’t have enough space in our house for it. I might list it on Facebook Marketplace and sell it.

This home is a perfect reflection of calm casual design. A perfect place to unwind if you love a simple, natural and neutral spaces. Also, I couldn’t love more the four chairs lounge area! I have a blog post about how to create a space like that if you would like to read more.
The pursuit of happiness by Chris Gardner is one of the books I’m reading right now. It inspired the movie with the same name. I saw the movie multiple times and I highly recommend it, but the book is a much more in depth look of how the story started.
The perfect detail for your Thanksgiving table.
Jean is one of my top favorites interior designers. I had a very hard time picking one image to share with you from her portfolio. I am so inspired by her work and life. This is here new book that I got this week and I already finished reading it because its so good! Such a great reminder to be patient and have priorities in the right order. She also has a show on Magnolia Network if you would like to watch.
Also, if you are thinking of taking family pictures this year, check out @lauranicolephotos for a cute mini session. She is so talented and nice to work with! Can’t wait to send some cute cards with photos she took to our family overseas.
And if you missed it, this is the last post I wrote this week.
